As CEO of the first fee-only brokerage in the US and now Founder of the national advocacy and educational organization, YOU Powered Collaborative, Emma works with employers, advisors, and healthcare leaders to bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and healthcare financing to develop tangible cost management solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits and healthcare strategy, Emma specializes in advanced self-funded plan design, stop-loss optimization, pharmacy strategy, and cost-containment methodologies.
